Songo.mn offers a convenient platform for ordering food from over 100 popular restaurants in Ulaanbaatar, delivered right to your door. But it doesn't stop there - Songo.mn also provides delivery services for groceries, wine and drinks, bakery items, flowers, and even dry cleaning.

No-contact delivery is the default option, ensuring the safety and convenience of both customers and delivery personnel. If you prefer a no-contact delivery, simply specify your request and the delivery person will leave your food in a safe place and notify you when it's ready for pickup.

Songo.mn provides a loyalty points program, giving customers the opportunity to earn additional rewards. Ordering successfully delivered meals and rating your orders both contribute to earning loyalty points. The loyalty points system has different tiers based on cumulative order amount, ranging from new users with no additional points to diamond users who earn an extra 1% in loyalty points.

Pickup options are now available, allowing customers to skip lines and avoid unnecessary waiting at the restaurant. Additionally, advance ordering enables you to schedule your food deliveries at the most convenient time for you.

We recommend turning on notifications so that you can receive important information about your orders, including details about new vendors and promotional codes.

Songo.mn imposes no minimum order requirements, allowing you to order as little or as much as you want.

Payment methods are flexible, with options including mobile bank apps, qpay, cash, or card readers.

If you place a prepaid order that is subsequently cancelled, the funds will remain available in your balance. You can then choose to make another order or withdraw the funds to the bank of your choice.

Now, with the ability to rate your orders, you can contribute to the vendor ratings and help others make informed choices. By rating your delivered orders, you can also collect more reward points.
